BOC Investment’s development goal for its business of fixed assets investment, management and leasing is to become an industry expert in real estate investment management, fixed assets investment consultancy and operational planning.

According to the Group’s overall strategy, the Company is to hold, manage or dispose of, by means of, among others, assignments, transfers, trusts (or entrustments), such property assets as not necessary to be kept or directly held by BOC.

In line with market practice, the Company undertakes such businesses as joint operation of real estate projects, acquisition of equity interests in project companies, acquisition of property assets and lease back of real estate after sale.

To maximize synergy within the BOC Group, the Company leases out electronic equipments to the BOC for use by its own network and also leases out fixed assets to BOC branches for use by outsiders.

The Company seeks to provide investment services to the BOC Group and its clients through REITs and also financial services regarding the investment, management and operation of real estates.

Property Management

Sun Chung Property Management Company ("Sun Chung"), a subsidiary of BOC Investment, is responsible for the property management business.
